Bus to Billie: ORBT service extended 11/17 for sold out Billie Eilish concert

Metro will extend ORBT service hours on Sunday, November 17th so fans can Bus to (and from) Billie.
Tens of thousands of excited Billie Eilish fans are expected to be in Omaha’s downtown area Sunday night for the pop star’s sold-out Hit Me Hard and Soft tour at the CHI Health Center.
ORBT will run special hours on Sunday. Just after the concert, there will be an extra bus waiting at 12th & Dodge to whisk concertgoers away. The last bus will leave downtown at midnight and drop passengers off at all stations through the Westroads Transit Center, before heading back to the garage.
Rider Tips and Tricks

- Pay your fare with Umo, Metro’s contactless fare payment system, which works on all of Metro’s vehicles. It can be used at ticket vending machines, with a smart card, or with a mobile phone app.
- Riders can plan a trip and track their bus using MyRide OMA, Metro’s real-time application, available online, as a mobile app, or via a text message system.
- With Metro’s K-12 Rides Free program, all kids ages 0-18 can ride any Metro bus fare-free!
- Many colleges in the Metro area have pass programs that allow students to ride for free
How to get there
- Concertgoers can take advantage of the free park and ride at Westroads or park anywhere along the route
- The closest station to the CHI Health Center is 10th & Douglas. From there it’s a few blocks along 10th to the front doors
- For a more scenic trip, you can ride ORBT to 8th & Farnam, go through the Heartland of America Park, and take the Riverfront Trail to a bridge that will connect you to the front of the CHI Health Center
- Try checking out a Heartland Bike Share bike (there’s a dock right across from the 8th & Farnam ORBT station) for the most fun on the trail!
