Federal Clauses for Procurements

All federal contract clauses as provided by 49 CFR Part 18 and FTA Circular 4220.1F, shall be deemed to be incorporated, whether or not expressly set forth, in any Metro procurement and/or contract. When submitted, this form will provide a link to download federal clauses associated with the indicated type of procurement.
