We thank you for completing the weekday voluntary on board survey conducted the first two weeks of October.
To better learn what you, our customers, think of our services, we will be conducting the survey on Saturday and Sunday for the next two weekends. And, while you may have completed a weekday survey, we urge you to complete a weekend one too. The survey is essential in identifying and quantifying our weekend service’s currently met, unmet and emerging transit needs and providing us valuable feedback including such data as demographics (age, gender, income, household size, and ethnicity), travel patterns, usage characteristics (how often and when you ride, are and how paid), out-of-vehicle travel to bus stop, preferences, and satisfaction levels, all of which provide crucial insight into who our customers are and how to best serve them. Of course, we also want you to write in your thoughts, comments and suggestions, too.
The weekend survey dates are Saturday, November 11 and Sunday, November 12 and Saturday, November 17 and Sunday, November 18. Bus trips to be surveyed are randomly selected from all fixed and express route services. Survey hours include various on and off-peak travel times between 4:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
We invite all passengers to complete a survey, available in English or Spanish, while riding the bus. If you by chance you are not offered a survey, please ask for one. Our surveyors are easily identified; They will be wearing a Metro/Surveyor badge.
